One of the world’s most remote communities
Join us as we visit the Qaanaaq community in Greenland’s ‘Far North’ Avanersauq region.
In this remote area, Inuit traditions live on. In winter, locals don sealskin mittens and boots, and dogsleds regularly depart on hunting trips. As you explore the local church, museum and women’s club, and watch a traditional drum dance performance, you’ll get a glimpse into the way of life here.
