Terms & Conditions
i. Offer applies to new bookings made from 1 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 (“Offer Period”) and is capacity controlled for selected HX departures from 16 October 2026 to 31 December 2027. Departures may be removed at any time. Bookings made outside of the Offer Period will not qualify.
ii. Offer is subject to suite availability at the time of booking. Availability must exist in the following suite categories – ME (MS Roald Amundsen & MS Fridtjof Nansen) and Q2 (MS Fram). Offer is not applicable to any other suite category (ie MG on MS Fram and MF, MD, MC, MB and MA on MS Roald Amundsen & MS Fridtjof Nansen.
iii. Offer applies automatically to valid Tour Codes and only to Tour Code components (including voyage and local domestic flights) and does not apply to optional excursions, pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, transfers, international arrival and departure flights, arrival and departure packages and group bookings.
iv. Single supplements may apply. Other restrictions may apply.
v. Offer is subject to availability and may be limited, amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
vi. Offer is combinable with the HX Explorers loyalty program.
vii. Offers with a saving, discount or amount off stated in GBP represents a discount applied to the “From” price quoted in GBP per person based on double occupancy of cabin on the specified sailing or Tour Code.
viii. The following pricing and promotions are excluded from and cannot be combined: Price Promise, Group Pricing, Tour Operator pricing and promotions (where an agent is packaging the HX cruise / components) and third-party Travel Agent brand promotions, special pricing or loyalty schemes.
ix. For Trade partners discount applies to bookings made via the FIT System but excludes group bookings.
x. Payment, cancellation, refund and other terms are as per our Booking Terms & Conditions.
