Important Travel Document Requirements – Canada & USA
If you are joining an Alaska voyage via Vancouver, or your itinerary involves travel through both Canada and the United States, please ensure you have the appropriate entry authorisations in place. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding.
Passengers travelling from countries that require an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) for entry into the United States must secure approval prior to embarkation in Vancouver. For more information please visit the official United State website: Official ESTA Application Website, U.S. Customs and Border Protection
Most travellers need a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to, or transit through, a Canadian airport. It is strongly recommended that you hold an approved eTA when travelling or from Canada. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all visa and entry requirements based on your nationality and travel route.
To apply or learn more, please visit the official Canadian government website:
Electronic travel authorization (eTA): How to apply - Canada.ca
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, UnionPay, JCB, and Trustly. Please check with your bank about any foreign transaction fees. Note: This does not apply if you booked through a travel agent. Contact them for details.
