Planned itinerary

Day 1: Explore the dramatic South Coast of Iceland

After disembarkation, you will go on a full-day excursion of Iceland’s stunning southern coast. Travel through coastal landscapes and marvel at mountains, glaciers, and lava fields. Spot the Hekla and Eyjafjallajökull volcanoes as we head inland towards Seljalandsfoss and take a thrilling walk behind its cascading waters.

Our next stop is Skógafoss, one of the country’s most beautiful and photogenic waterfalls. After taking some time to admire the views, we’ll continue to the renowned LAVA Centre - an interactive, educational exhibition on the volcanic activity and earthquakes that have shaped Iceland, and the planet. Visit the cinema to see the impressive scale of volcanic eruptions in HD 4K and head to the rooftop observation deck for incredible views of the area’s volcanoes on a clear day.

After lunch, it’s time to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery as we drive back to your hotel in Reykjavík. The evening is at your leisure.

Day 2: End of the adventure

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel as your Post-Program comes to an end. With so much to see and do in Reykjavík, you may want to stay a little longer to continue exploring.

Please note that the order of the sites we visit may vary.
