Visit to a Mayan temple

On a guided bus tour, see Belize’s fascinating Mayan temple ruins. Take a journey back in time through Altun Ha, once a thriving city of 10,000 people. The current areological site consists of two grand plazas and thirteen structures. In 1968, archaeologists found the biggest carved jade figure in Mayan history in a tomb in the Temple of the Masonry Altars.
