Medical Screening Form Promise

I. This offer applies on bookings for any voyages to Antarctica departing from 1 October 2024.

II. The offer applies only to the affected guest and their cabin. Other cabins within the same booking remain subject to HX Booking Terms & Conditions.

III. HX may, at its discretion, extend the benefit of this offer to other guests within the same booking, where they are travelling together and it would be unreasonable for the unaffected guests to travel without the affected guest.

IV. The Medical Screening Form must be submitted to HX via the Vikand portal no later than 4 weeks prior to the departure date.

V. Our promise to you is that if your first submitted and assessed Medical Screening Form is declined for medical reasons as determined by Vikand Solutions, you will have the following options:

(a) we will refund you of all bookings made by HX (this includes all applicable flights, hotels and ground transportation) up until the date of declinature; or

(b) you may retain the value of the bookings made by HX (this includes all applicable flights, hotels and ground transportation) up until the date of declinature and use it as credit towards any future HX voyage.

VI. This offer excludes a refund of any bookings made outside of HX (including any bookings made by yourself). Please refer to your insurance policy for any costs booked outside of HX. A request for refund under this offer must be claimed within 60 days prior to the departure date.

VII. A request for credit under this offer must be used within 6 months of issuance to book any HX voyage departing within 18 months of issuance.

VIII. HX reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. Please check at the time of booking as to the status of this offer.

IX. This offer does not apply to re-scheduled or cancelled voyages.
