If you’ve had an HX online account in recent years, you may have received an email around 10 December 2025 asking you to reset your password. We understand that unexpected messages like this can feel worrying, so we want to reassure you that this request is legitimate.
We’ve upgraded our system to improve the security of your HX online account. As part of this upgrade, your account has been moved to a new platform, and for security reasons you’ll need to create a new password before you can continue using it.
A quick reminder: HX will never email you asking for personal or sensitive details. If anything ever feels unusual or doesn’t seem quite right, please get in touch with us directly.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay, JCB, Trustly, and AMEX*. Please check with your bank regarding any foreign transaction fees.
Note: This information applies only to direct bookings. If you booked through a travel agent, please contact them for payment details.
*AMEX is temporarily unavailable for new 2027 & 2028 bookings.
The Ship Manifest Information Form is required for immigration and customs and must be completed by all guests before departure. Please submit it no later than 8 weeks before your voyage.
