Scenic drive
Stegastein is a breath-taking viewpoint located near the top of Aurland mountain near Flåm.
An 18 km drive through scenic fjord landscape takes you from sea level to the architectural masterpiece of the Stegastein platform, 650 meters above the fjord.
Constructed of wood, metal, steel and glass, the 3,5 meters wide platform juts out 30 meters from the mountainside.
Enjoy the panoramic views of the fjord, mountains and surrounding landscape before returning to Flåm.
Practical information
Included: Shuttle bus service between the village of Flåm and Stegastein Viewpoint.
Remarks/requirements: Dress according to local weather conditions with good footwear.
Walking information: At guests' discretion, walking over paved surfaces.
