Terms and Conditions | US Wire Payment Discount

I. Discount is valid for new bookings made from 1 June 2026 for all HX departures on or after 1 June, 2026 (“Offer Period”). Bookings made outside of the Offer Period will not qualify and the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or held bookings.

II. The minimum deposit required under our current Booking Terms & Conditions must be made to confirm the discount. HX must receive the full amount due in cleared funds.

III. Discount is only valid if deposit and all payments for the booking are made via wire transfer. If a guest subsequently changes the payment method or requests that all or part of the booking be paid by credit card or any non-qualifying payment method, HX reserves the right to remove the discount and charge the corresponding amount.

IV. Discount is valid for US and Canadian residents only. Discount applies to all guests named in the booking.

V. Discount is calculated on the tour code components only including voyage, flights and hotels included in the offer price. Discount does not apply to other optional components sold separately to the tour code, including additional international flights, optional excursions, optional pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, optional arrival and departure packages and transfers.

VI. Discount is redeemable via our contact centre only. The discount will be manually applied to the booking upon quoting the applicable discount code HX-WIRE.

VII. The discount is combinable with all other HX offers.

VIII. For Trade partners this promotion applies to bookings made via the FIT System and group bookings.

IX. The guest is solely responsible for any bank charges, wire transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, foreign exchange fees or other costs associated with making payment by wire transfer. Any deductions made by the guest's bank or an intermediary bank shall not reduce the amount payable to HX.

X. HX has the right to limit, change, or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.
