Terms and Conditions | Onboard Credit

Onboard credit is provided in EUR for all our expedition ships except MS Santa Cruz II, where it is provided in USD. Onboard credit is issued per member, not per cabin.

It can be used to purchase products or services onboard our expedition ships. Onboard credit cannot be applied to cruise fare, airfare, hotel costs, tax, or service charges. It can be used in the onboard shop, bar, restaurants, wellness centre, and for optional expeditions where available.

Onboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. It will expire if not used before final account settlement on the last night of the cruise. Any unused portion will be forfeited and cannot be carried over from one cruise to another.
