Terms & Conditions
Any person who has booked a cruise through Hurtigruten HX Expeditions may refer any number of friends through the program provided each referred person is from a different household.
The referred person is entitled to a $500 discount against any new booking provided that the referred person is a new customer and has not previously travelled with Hurtigruten HX Expeditions. The offer is subject to withdrawal at any time without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
Only one discount can be applied to each booking and the discount will be applied at the time of booking, subject to the referred person having paid any deposit due.
Upon completion of a booking by a referred person, the referring person shall be entitled to a $500 discount against any new booking provided that the referred person does not cancel the booking that activated the referring person’s entitlement to the discount. The offer is subject to withdrawal at any time without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
A referring person may combine up to three discounts of $500 each on any single booking (up to $1,500).

The Hurtigruten Group of Companies
Any travel or booking agent
Any press organization
A referred person (and their household) may only redeem one discount in total.
A referring person (and their household) may redeem up to three discounts per booking.
Discounts may be combined with other offers provided by the Hurtigruten Group but may not be combined with any special offer prices provided by any third parties. However, minimum cost of trip must be equal to or greater than deposit (25%).
The referred and referring person may not share a stateroom on board the cruise, nor may they be from the same household.
No payments or cash refunds will be offered as an alternative to discounts on bookings.
In the event that a referring person cannot be identified as having taken a Hurtigruten Expeditions cruise (by reference to their internal Salesforce booking number), no discount will be applied to either the referred person’s booking or any subsequent booking made by the referring person.

HURTIGRUTEN VALUES THE DATA PROVIDED UNDER THIS SCHEME AT $500 PER HOUSEHOLD. THIS VALUE HAS BEEN DETERMINED FOLLOWING BENCHMARKING EXERCISES CONDUCTED WITH SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS FOR SIMILAR PROMOTIONS.
EITHER THE REFERRING PERSON OR THE REFERRED PERSON MAY WITHDRAW FROM THIS SCHEME AT ANY TIME.
