Caves, wildlife and sagas

The sea is a wildlife paradise where seals, porpoises and dolphins thrive in summer – and you might see orcas and other whales. On this excursion you’ll learn how the eruption of the Eldfell volcano in 1973 changed this coast forever.

Generally Puffins can be seen from May- August. In April and September other seabirds can be seen but in fewer numbers.  Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
