Fairness First: HX wins the German Fairness Award 2025

This year, 66,626 consumers rated providers in 70 categories, assessing them on factors such as value for money, reliability, transparency, comprehensibility, fairness in dealing with complaints, and the avoidance of hidden costs or misleading offers. Customers' willingness to recommend the company to others was also included in the evaluation.
