Meet local artisans

Using animal skins to make warm clothing which withstands the Arctic elements is still an important part of life in Qaanaaq. During this workshop, you’ll meet local artisans who’ll show you traditional Inuit methods to process the animal skins and various sewing techniques. You’ll also get to try your hand at making your own souvenir. Materials and tools are provided.
