Join local volunteers as they set to work cleaning the golden sandy beaches of Porto Santo. Your efforts will help ensure a safe and inviting environment for the seabirds and marine life that call this area home – and the local community too. You’ll be equipped with bags to help pick up the plastic and other litter that unfortunately washes up on these beautiful shores. Expect a warm welcome from the other volunteers – to do good feels good.
Practical information
Remarks/requirements: Comfortable clothing and shoes, hat, sunscreen, glasses. The environment department will provide the bags to collect the garbage.
Walking information: Throughout the beach cleanup.
