See the floating icebergs at Ilulissat Icefjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
Get up close to huge blue-white icebergs as they drift past at water level.
See icebergs created by Sermeq Kujalleq, one of the world’s fastest-moving glaciers.
Cruise among ice sculptures
Exploring the Ilulissat Icefjord from water level on a small boat is a surreal, awe-inspiring experience. You’ll weave between blue-white icebergs, some towering to the size of skyscrapers, calved from Sermeq Kujalleq, one of the world’s fastest-moving glaciers. Moving at up to 40 metres a day, the glacier produces around 10% off Greenland’s icebergs. As you navigate the fjord, watch the ice shift and turn in the water, creating an ever-changing landscape.
