A pilgrim’s trail

After meeting your guide at the port, you’ll take a drive to the start point of your hike. You’ll then begin an exhilarating 3-mile trek along part of the iconic Camino de Santiago through breathtaking scenery.

Your journey ends at the renowned Santiago de Compostela Cathedral. Here, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the main historical buildings and squares that surround the cathedral, and you’ll see the beautifully carved Holy Door. Then enjoy some free time to explore inside the cathedral at your leisure.

Practical information

  • Remarks/requirements: Please dress according to the weather with knees covered and wear comfortable walking shoes.

  • Languages: English, French, Italian, German, Russian and Spanish.

  • Walking information: The hike will cover approx. 3miles/5km with varied terrain inc cobblestones. Involves a high level of physical activity over an extended period, in terrain that may often be uneven, slippery and steep. You are expected to carry your own backpack and equipment. Not suitable if you have limited mobility.

  • Wheelchair accessible: No
